All prices are stated in SEK including VAT. Upon conﬁrmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances that Amsta Rostfritt AB cannot control, such as currency changes or changed VAT.
We use the following principle regarding the rounding of the price in the webshop: 1-49 cents is rounded down and 50-99 cents is rounded up. When payment is made via e. g. Klarna there is no rounding at all. This means that in some cases (usually when buying an item on sale) it may be that you see a price in the webshop and that another price is withdrawn from, for example, the payment card.
When selling to other countries within the EU, the customer pays Swedish VAT. When selling to countries outside the EU, the customer does not pay Swedish VAT. However, the customer pays the recipient country’s VAT and customs fees and any other fees.
Payment is made via invoice.
Postage and shipping fees
Amsta Rostfritt AB chooses the appropriate freight forwarder when the products are to be delivered. By default, DHL is used where delivery is made to the nearest parcel agent from the post code speciﬁed on the order. It is always very important that the correct postcode is entered on the order, if the customer writes the wrong postcode the package will be sent via the nearest representative to the incorrect postcode. Therefore, be extra careful to check the postcode when placing an order. If the package weighs more than 20 kg, other services such as DHL Package or DHL Home Delivery are used. Delivery will only take place within Sweden unless otherwise agreed. Normal delivery time is 2– 5 working days within Sweden. However, we cannot affect delays that are outside Amsta’s ability to control, such as delays or the like at the freight forwarder and agent. We reserve the right that the product is temporarily out of stock and incorrect information may mean delayed delivery. The delivery time is based on the product with the longest delivery time. The buyer is responsible for specifying the correct delivery address during the order and for collecting the delivery from the parcel agent. When ordering, the shipping fee is stated. When ordering items, always contact customer service for ordering and delivery costs. This is always indicated under the current product descriptions.
Ordering products that are temporarily out of stock in Amsta Rostfritt’s warehouse means a longer delivery time. Delivery time is estimated at 5–14 working days. Products that are ordered items are marked with “Order Item” at the “ORDER” button in the webshop. On each product page that is an order item, we also write delivery information.
Please note that we never send orders to PO Boxes. This is because it is not possible to send to PO boxes via our shipping companies. Always enter your current residential address.
In cases where the carrier loses a package, the carrier has up to 30 days to ﬁnd the package and deliver it. This is standard in their agreements for eg. DHL and it is not something Amsta can change. We will try to ﬁnd a solution that suits you as a customer if this should happen. Normally if DHL does not ﬁnd the package after a week, Amsta usually tries to send out a new order to the customer (if the item(s) are in stock at Amsta and the customer agrees to return the ﬁrst order if DHL ﬁnds the package and sends it on to the agent).
Right of cancellation and right of return
Right of return within 14 days after the customer has received the goods. This does not apply to customised products. The product must be unused and in complete original packaging. Refunds will only be made when the goods are returned in full. You choose whether you want a refund or another item in exchange. Always contact the supplier before returning the product. Always mark your return package with the order number and include a copy of the receipt/order form. The return is approved when the item has been inspected by our staﬀ. Send the goods back in similar packaging in which they were received. Please note that it is the condition of the goods on arrival at Amsta Rostfritt AB that is decisive for whether the goods can be considered to have been returned in full. Returns are made at the customer’s expense and risk. The return must be sent from the same country as the recipient country at the time of ordering.
Customers in Sweden have 14 days right of exchange. The product must be unused and in complete original packaging. The right to exchange does not apply to customised products.
Customers in Sweden can buy a DHL return freight via Amsta provided that the return weighs less than 20 kg. Please contact the supplier to book a return. All returns are traceable.
If the customer chooses not to pay for the return shipping, the return should be sent to:
Amsta Rostritt AB, Björksgatan 6B 632 21 Eskilstuna. The supplier should always be contacted before sending return goods.
In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier who will give you an order number. Always mark the package with this number. Amsta Rostfri AB applies the Consumer Act when handling complaints. A product can only be complained about in the event of manufacturing defects. Complain about the item immediately after you discover the error and we will send a new, error-free item. If the fault cannot be rectiﬁed, a refund will be made. In the event of a complaint, you pay the cost of return to our warehouse. When the item is inspected by our staﬀ, and the error is found, we will refund the cost of return postage.
The customer must be at least 18 years of age to order goods. If the customer is under the age of 18, written consent from the guardian is required, which can then be checked by phone or email. Orders made in another person’s name without their consent or in any other way that causes us to suﬀer ﬁnancial or other damage are reported to the police.

When you as a customer ﬁll in your personal data, you agree that this information is registered and used by Amsta Rostfritt AB. This information is necessary for Amsta Rostfritt AB to be able to provide the best service, for contact and delivery of goods. Amsta Rostfri AB undertakes not to sell or otherwise transfer your information to anyone outside the company.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
There may be printing errors on this website as well as in the ﬁnal sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain colour diﬀerence may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution.
We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances outside Amsta Rostfritt AB’s control such as labour conﬂict, ﬁre, war, government decision, zombie attack, reduced or no delivery from supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. The company is also never liable for direct or indirect damage/loss that may occur for the customer.
